The 3 Treasures Tai Chi Forest Festival will take place over three days beginning:
Friday 18th June – Sunday 20th June 2010
Morning classes: 8.00am – 9.30am
10.30am – 12.00noon
Afternoon: 3.00pm – 6.00pm Push hands
Topics that will be covered will suit beginners to advanced
Teachers attending will include:
Andy Norman – 42 step competition form
Dean Dalrymple – staff handling and drill techniques with Tai Chi attitude
Daan Hengst – Holland – how to use Tai Chi in daily life
Nigel Swan – using Tai Chi mindset throughout all life, feelings in confrontation and applications from three aspects of the Cheng Man Ching form
Anthony Ulatowski – Tai Chi straight sword, how to bond and apply your weapon
There may be possible changes/additions to the final programme of tutors and their classes

Brockenhurst is a 10-15 min walk where there are many B & B’s, eateries, shops, bike hire and a main line rail link to Waterloo. If you are staying outside of the campsite there is a small parking fee.

Tai Chi Form & Heaven, Earth & Man Seminar
SUNDAY 25TH JULY 2010
On Sunday 25th July Nigel will be conducting a one day Tai Chi Seminar in Sussex. This seminar is for anyone who wants to deepen their knowledge in the internal arts of China. The day is going to be split into two parts so take a look at what's on offer and decide which part you would like to attend.
Part One: Tai Chi Form Work 9am to 12pm Nigel will be working on the 37 Step Tai Chi form (Open to anyone of any level) £20 for the session
Part Two: Heaven, Earth & Man 1pm to 5pm Nigel will be focusing on the philosophical principles of Heaven, Earth and Man and how these relate to body methods in Tai Chi. (Intermediate to Advanced Levels and anyone that wishes to come along and have a go) £20 for the session
£35 If you are attending both parts and you are a Zhong Ding Member.

There are tea & coffee making facilities at the community centre so please bring your own tea, coffee, Milk and sugar.
