Fong will be teaching the rare Hong Men fan form. The Hong Men fan form was passed down from Master Liang He Qing and comes from Hong Quan master Song Sao Bo. There is a long history in Asia of the fan as a weapon, for use by both men and woman, It is particularly effective, as it is an easily accessible object. This particular form is more meditative than most with great health benifits, while still remaining a viable form of combat.
